When booking with The Luxury Nail Co a Non refundable booking fee is required to confirm the date and time and all treatments at the time of making the appointment.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late you will be charged and may have lost your appointment.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY ARE SICK AS YOU COULD BE CONTAGIOUS.
Children and babies are not allowed with you to your appointment - I am not insured for you to have them here.
If you do attend and you are showing signs and symptoms that you are sick will be turned away and charged your appointment cost.
On my drive you will see a black Mercedes - your welcome to park on or over the drive. To the left side of the house there is a side alley that is a grey/cream colour, if you can let me know when you’ve arrived by messaging +44 7534 022401 and I will wait at the end of the side alley for you.
